No Investment Advice: Clutch provides informational alerts and analytics only. Nothing on the Service constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. You should consult with qualified professionals before making any financial decisions.
No Guarantees: Past performance does not guarantee future results. All trading involves risk, including the risk of total loss. We make no guarantees regarding the profitability or accuracy of alerts, analytics, or predictions.
Third-Party Platforms: All trades are executed on third-party prediction market platforms (Polymarket, Kalshi, etc.). You are subject to the terms and conditions of those platforms. We are not responsible for the operation, policies, or actions of third-party platforms.
Fees and Subscriptions: While currently free during early access, we reserve the right to introduce subscription fees, premium tiers, or other charges. We will provide reasonable notice before implementing any paid features. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Blockchain Data: Transactions executed on public blockchains are permanently recorded and publicly accessible. This is inherent to blockchain technology and outside our control.
